The pilgrims on the footsteps of Manila Cathedral.   107. One of the goals of the Campaign of Consecrations to the Immaculate Heart of Mary was the consecration of the Philippines by the President. We came very close, as, firstly, The First Lady did come to Our Lady of Victories on Sunday morning, October 22 and after attending the Sung Mass with great devotion consecrated her office to Our Lady.   108. Then, 2 weeks later, Fr. Couture celebrated a Sung Mass in Malacanang, the Parliament building. Because of bad communication, which resulted in a conflict of schedule, Mr. Estrada couldn't come. He left the Parliament while we were inside his chapel waiting for him... The photo shows Fr. Salvador and some of the Knights of Our Lady arriving at Malacañang.   109.
