Apostles of Mary Session in Davao, conducted by Fathers Soliman andVachon.  19 youth in attendance, of whom 13 received the badge.

In Bombay, India, Fr. Blute organized the first two 5 day Ignatian retreats.  As a result, plans were made to start a Praesidium of the Legion of Mary.

Apostles of Mary Session in Tagbilaran, Bohol, conducted by Fathers Soliman and Marie-Dominique.  16 youth in attendance, 9 new members.  A clan was formed for Southern Leyte.

Young Jennifer Perrone left for the Society’s Sisters Noviciate in Browerville, USA.  She is the 3rd Philippina to join the Society Sisters

Fr. F. Loschi finally received his visa for India and left the Philippines after 2 1/2 months of hardwork.

Visit of Fr. Angelo van der Putten, SSPX, a young American priest stationed in new Zealand and bobbling with life.

Fr. R. Vachon, in his turn, left Manila to take his assignment in Sri Lanka via a week stopover in Singapore.
In Iloilo, Fr. Walliez attended his first ceremony of consecration, the consecration of the National Irrigation Office, Iloilo branch.

The Legion of Mary, Manila Praesidium, lead 80 children of our Santo Niño Catechism to the famous Grotto of Lourdes, in Novaliches.

Two of our young ladies, Ann Adeva and Alma Genato finally left for France to try their Carmelite vocation.

Fathers Griego and Couture take a week to explore the Northern Provinces, and to visit Bishop Lazo’s former Cathedral in San Fernando La Union.

Fourth Medical Mission organized by Our Lady of Fatima. 280 patients treated by 25 doctors on a wet Sunday afternoon.
In Singapore, a conference on the Third Secret of Fatima given by the District Superior attracted about 380 persons.  The bi-monthly conferences organized by our zealous faithful are enabling us to reach the Catholic population of this “Little Switzerland “ of Asia.

Fathers Soliman and Couture proceeded to Quezon Province to bless and consecrate four large coconut product factories.

Bombay: record Mass attendance – so far – 85 people!  The Legion of Mary began with 18 members in attendance.  Enthusiasm is growing!

Arrival of Father Patrice Laroche, from Germany to preach the priestly retreat.  Fr. Laroche was the first SSPX to come to the Philippines in July, 1988

Priestly retreat at Our Lady of Victories for 6 priests and a bishop.  Theme: Heaven and the Queen of All Saints.

Fr. Laroche was able to witness one of the famous consecrations to the Immaculate Heart of Mary after the 9:00 a.m. Solemn High Mass. It was the consecration of the Department of Social Service Development.

Fr. Laroche visited Sto. Domingo and the grave of Fr. Manuel Piñon, O.P. whom he had met in 1991.  Fr. Onoda on behalf of Our Lady of Victories, received a “Plaque of Recognition” for the Medical Mission given in Barangay Pinagkaisahan, last August 2.

Father Thomas Marie Onoda made his lifelong commitment in the ranks of the Society of Saint Pius X.

Fr. Soliman visited the North Coast of Mindanao, one night in Cagayan de Oro and then in Butuan City to encourage the groups to hold fast to their Catholic Faith without compromise.

The First Misa de Gallo began at 4:30 a.m.  About 100 faithful in attendance.
