SSPX News Archive Japan Visit from Fr. Karl Stehlin Last Sunday, October, 20, we were truly blessed to be able to hear the solemn high mass in Tokyo, a first for the SSPX in Japan and most likely a first in decades anywhere in Japan. The celebrant was Fr Karl Stehlin, superior of SSPX Poland, who visited Japan to trace the footsteps of St Maximilian Kolbe and offer masses for us in Osaka and Tokyo, aided by Fr Thomas Onoda and Fr John Nariai.
